2) Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar has been trending for a while now, and it’s true! The natural probiotic has a lot health benefits ranging from aiding stomach problems to even wound healing. It’s also great at removing stains from coffee and nicotine! However be careful, being high in acidity, it is recommended you dilute it and not let it sit for too long.
3) Mashed Strawberries:
This was a secret shared by actress Catherine Zeta Jones! While strawberries may seem dark and stainful, the natural acids can actually eliminate food and drink stains! Just mash up 4 to 5 strawberries and rub the mashed mixutre accross your teeth for at least half an hour. Make sure to rinse it out well after!

You can use a spoonful and rinse your mouth for 15mins or rub it all over your teeth like a toothpaste. The former also has the added benefits of pulling out toxins!

Crunchy vegetables like celery and carrots help keep our teeth whiter because these vegetables are “abrasive”, thus, they can remove stains from the surface of our teeth. 8) Change your toothbrush every 3 months:
The general advice of all dentist is very true, not just to sell more toothbrushes. Because after 3 months, the bristles in most toothbrushes are worn down plus the accumulated bacteria inside will be detrimental to oral health.
